Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Booking Confirmation and Advance Payment

    Booking Confirmation: To confirm your booking, a 50% (or 100% in certain cases) advance payment of the total amount is required. The remaining amount can be paid at the time of check-in.

    Definition: The advance payment you make is to confirm the booking and is subject to this cancellation policy.

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy

    All cancellation requests must be submitted via email or by contacting the resort directly before the check-in date. Cancellation charges will be levied at the time of cancellation (before the check-in date).

    Refund Amounts

    • Bookings made more than 30 days in advance:

      10% of the total amount or ₹2,500 (whichever is lower) will be deducted as an administrative charge. The remaining 90% of the amount will be refunded.

    • Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before check-in:

      50% of the advance payment made between 15 and 29 days (if 50% advance payment was made, this equates to 25% of the total amount) will be charged. The remaining 25% of the advance payment will be refunded.

    • Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before check-in:

      100% of the advance payment made between 7 and 14 days (i.e., the entire amount paid as advance) is non-refundable (No Refund).

    • Less than 6 days before check-in or "No Show":

      100% of the total booking amount is non-refundable (No Refund).

  • Postponement (Date Changes)

    15 days or more before arrival: You can change the booking to alternative dates up to 15 days before the booking date without any additional charges.

    Date Change & Fees: When the booking is postponed to an alternative date and the room tariff differs, only the difference in tariff needs to be paid.

    Less than 14 days before arrival: Date change is not allowed within 14 days of the arrival date. Such requests will be treated as a cancellation and charged as per the cancellation policy.

  • Peak Season Special Conditions

    Bookings made during Peak Season (such as Christmas, New Year, Diwali, Pongal and major government holiday weekends) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    Note: 100% advance payment may be required to confirm the booking during these times.

  • Refund Processing

    If the customer is eligible for a refund, the money will be refunded to the customer's original payment source within 15 to 20 working days from the date of confirmation of cancellation. This timeframe includes processing times for banks and payment gateways.
